Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator – $18–$24/hr + Bonus | 4-Day Work Week

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tx Coordinator professional to join our growing dental team. What You'll Do Coordinate treatment plans and present them confidently to patients Manage insurance processes including submitting PPO claims and attachments Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient, productive schedule Answer phones with professionalism and excellent etiquette Process patient payments and work with financing tools such as Sunbit and CareCredit Utilize Mango for patient communication Complete end-of-day reporting accurately Deliver exceptional patient care from check-in to check-out Support social media and marketing efforts with an open and enthusiastic mindset Work within Open Dental software for daily operations

What We're Looking For 6+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience Strong knowledge of PPO insurance, claim submission, and attachments Proficiency with Open Dental software preferred Familiarity with Mango, Sunbit, and CareCredit a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to grow

Schedule Monday through Thursday (4-day work week)
